Terms of Service for StewardMemo

1. Introduction

Welcome to StewardMemo at stewardmemo.club. These terms govern your access to and use of our site and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website stewardmemo.club, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

3. Services Provided

StewardMemo offers governance mentoring sessions, informational products such as e-guides and webinars, and physical goods including branded merchandise.

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling

To schedule a mentoring session, please follow the online booking process. You may reschedule a session free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours may incur a fee or may be considered a completed session.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in full at the time of booking or purchase. We accept major payment methods as indicated on the site. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Reimbursement Policy

Our reimbursement policy varies by the type of offering. Please review the sections below carefully.

6.1 Governance Mentoring Sessions

Mentoring sessions are eligible for a refund in part or in full when cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 7 days of a session do not qualify for a refund due to preparation commitments. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or by check if requested. Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the appointment. Unused session slots must be utilized within 60 days of the original booking.

6.2 Informational Products

Digital downloads and e-guides are provided for immediate access. If a download link fails to function, a refund request may be submitted within 3 days of purchase. Approved refunds for digital products will be issued within 7 business days. Files may not be interactiond for different titles after purchase. All requests should be made via the contact form.

6.3 Physical Goods

Merchandise available through stewardmemo.club may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. To request authorization to send items back, please use the contact form. Upon receipt and inspection, a reimbursement will be issued within 10 business days, subject to a handling fee of 10%. Shipping charges are not reimbursable unless StewardMemo made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as StewardMemo is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

7. Non-Reimbursable Items

Certain offerings do not qualify for reimbursement. Live webinar access passes and ticketed events are final sale due to limited capacity and resource planning. Once access is granted, no reimbursements will be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StewardMemo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from these terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you under these terms.
